Single bladed baits still work, you just have to throw them.  The quickie is a massive bait, but can be pulled through the water with much less effort than its double blades brethren.  The thump of the single blade gives pressured fish a look at something besides the usual Mag 10 blades.  Anglers have the option of a mag 7 blade or a #8 fluted blade.  4.0 oz and 9” long.
